First Pitch Dinner Committees

WE NEED YOUR HELP! Please review the following committees and information. Please contact the committee leaders directly if you’d like to help in that area.


Leaders: Matt and Tabitha Hutchison
We will be serving baked potatoes, pulled pork, and all the fixin’s.

Desserts will be provided by the Freshman and Sophomore players – please bring those to the dinner.
Help will be needed the night before, during the day, and before the dinner to prepare and set up the food as well as help serving.



Leaders: Marc and Carissa Tolson

A team of 4-5 people will be needed to help process membership forms, take payments, and hand out membership items (sports passes, etc.).



Leader: Jessica Sustrik

A team will be needed to plan and setup decorations in the cafeteria.



Leader: Brandee Dill

A team of 2-3 will be needed to sell fan gear and process payments as well as distribute order forms from FanCloth.



Leader: Brandee Dill (or any board member)

A team of 3-4 will be needed to monitor the silent auction bids, Grub Grab, and distribute items after the dinner.
